§ 20-58. Identification cards.

Identification cards issued pursuant to the provisions of this division shall contain the signatures of the applicant and shall show the name, address, a photograph, a general description and the fingerprint of the right index finger of the applicant. Solicitors and peddlers shall exhibit their permits and identification cards at the request of any citizen. No identification card issued under the provisions of this division shall be used at any time by any person other than the one to whom it was issued.
