§ 38. Filing of Requested Information and Documents.

  • CONTRACTOR shall be required to file pertinent statistical and aggregate cost information pertaining to solid waste collection and recycling collection services as requested by CITY. The results of all recycling activity, whether residential or commercial, shall be reported accurately to the CITY, in a format and with such dates as specified by the CITY on or before the tenth day of the following month.

    CONTRACTOR shall provide to Director of Finance not later than December 31 of each year, such information for the prior fiscal year required to allow correct calculation of information required by Florida Statutes § 403.7049 and Florida Administrative Code 62-708, in order to publish the annual notice of full cost accounting for solid waste.

    By September 1 of each year this agreement is in effect, CONTRACTOR shall ensure and certify to CITY that all required documents, such as certificates of insurance, additional insured endorsements, audits, performance bond, or letter of credit, route schedule and maps, driver's license certification, and list of collection equipment vehicles, are current and on file with the CITY. Route maps shall be provided in a format requested by CITY.
